1. Approval Text;
In accordance with the Law on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce No. 6563 and the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages published in the Official Gazette dated July 15, 2015, I hereby declare that I accept, through electronic means such as phone, fax, email, post, MMS, or SMS services, all kinds of commercial electronic messages sent by CMN INTERNATIONAL TRANSPORTATION LTD. (CMN Transport) directly or through an intermediary, related to the services provided to me by CMN Transport, updates about the company, and for commercial purposes. I acknowledge that I can easily and free of charge opt-out of the mailing list for sending promotional, informative, advertising, campaign, marketing opportunities, and other similar commercial electronic messages. I also acknowledge that the information I provide in this form may be used for statistical and survey studies by CMN Transport. I am aware that I can stop the sending of commercial electronic messages at any time by opting out from the mailing list through the specified method in the messages sent by CMN Transport.
2. Information regarding the necessity of approval by the company for sending commercial electronic messages by you under the law;
In accordance with the Law on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce No. 6563 and the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages published in the Official Gazette dated July 15, 2015, for commercial electronic messages sent by the service provider to enhance recognition through content such as introducing its goods and services, marketing, introducing its business, or congratulations and wishes, to the electronic communication addresses of the recipients, it is necessary for the company, as the service provider, to obtain approval from you as the recipient. In this regard, your acceptance of the approval form is required by you. There is no obligation for our company to obtain prior approval for continued subscription, membership, or partnership status, notifications related to reminders of debts, information updates, purchases and deliveries, or similar situations, which fall under the obligations of providing information imposed by the relevant legislation. However, it is emphasized that your company has the right to reject commercial electronic messages without stating a reason, and the rejection notification for commercial electronic messages can be provided free of charge through the same communication channel through which the message was sent.
